Thanks to our sales teams around the world, whenever consumers want a Red Bull, a can is close at hand. Red Bull sales teams are channel-oriented and organised into Off Premise (retailers, where the product is consumed later) and On Premise (hospitality venues, where the can is opened and enjoyed immediately). Our sales teams maximise the steady profits that keep the entire company strong and growing.
Red Bull’s mission is clear, we Give Wings to People and Ideas. Global national, and local marketing teams in over 170 countries around the world accomplish this in unique ways. We inspire, encourage, challenge and empower people to make the most of their time and talent to bring the best ideas to life. Red Bull marketing teams are specialised in the areas of Sports, Culture, Brand and Media.
Our HR teams empower us to find the right people, realize their potential and keep them by maintaining the right resources and work environment. HR is divided into a HQ-based Centre of Expertise and regional HR Business Partners.
The Finance team has one clear goal: keeping Red Bull in finance balance. In order ti achieve this goal, the team has experts in the areas of accounting, taxes, controlling, compliance, treasury, strategy and merger & acquisitions.
The Operations team plans and executes the production, transportation and delivery of our products around the world. The goal is to meet the demand of our customers while ensuring the highest quality standards within every can of Red Bull.
Location: São Paulo
Red Bull Brazil's headquarters is located in Itaim Bibi, one of São Paulo's business districts also known for its restaurants and bars. Our neighbors include many other multinational companies. São Paulo is also home to our regional Sales (Off & On Premise) and Field Marketing teams. Red Bull Brazil has 3 additional regional offices located in Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro and Recife.

During an interview with the Hiring Manager, you will be able to understand about the specific area and position and to have a deeper conversation with your potential future leader. After the interview, and if you are one of the final candidates, you will be invited to an Assessment Day.

The top candidate for each role will receive an offer to join the Graduate Programme.
Take off
Over the course of the Graduate Programme, you'll show us what you're made of. Starting in January, the Programme runs for 18 months where your performance defines the scope of your future role.
